For an independent hardware commission from Accele AI, I designed and hand-assembled the ESP32 peripheral power board for Claude Chime. The roughly 28 × 27 mm PCB combines single-cell charging, two separate boost rails, on-demand battery-voltage sensing and a 5 V push-pull solenoid driver. I completed basic bring-up and the software handoff on the only V1.0 spin, and the client's firmware engineer later reported normal complete-device operation.受 Accele AI 委托，我独立设计并手工焊接了 Claude Chime 的 ESP32 外围电源板。约 28 × 27 mm 的 PCB 上有单节锂电池充电、两路独立升压、按需接通的电池电压采样和 5 V 推拉式电磁铁驱动。V1.0 一次打板，我完成了基础上电和软件交接，客户固件工程师随后反馈整机运行正常。

EEE307 coursework at XJTLU: an RF mixer board built around ADI's AD831 that turns a 120 MHz signal and a 130.7 MHz LO into a 10.7 MHz IF. It started from a contest-guide reference circuit and went through four PCB versions in five weeks, mostly reworking the input high-pass and the IF output.西浦 EEE307 课程作业。用亚德诺的 AD831 做了一块射频混频器板，把 120 MHz 的 RF 和 130.7 MHz 的本振混成 10.7 MHz 中频。从电赛备赛指南里的参考电路起步，五个星期改了四版 PCB，主要在折腾输入端的高通和中频输出端。

For my XJTLU final-year project I built a quadrotor ESC around INN100EA035A GaN FETs and LMG1210 drivers, with a Si MOSFET board as the reference. After five board spins, one spectacular shoot-through and an AM32 port, both boards finished a propeller-loaded comparison at matched speeds of 3000, 6500 and 10000 rpm.西浦本科毕设。我用 INN100EA035A 氮化镓功率管和 LMG1210 驱动做了一块四旋翼电调，再做一块 Si MOSFET 电调作参考。打了五次板，炸过一次很壮观的直通，移植了 AM32，最后两块板在 3000、6500、10000 rpm 三个对齐的转速下完成了带桨对比。

Problem E of the 2025 National Undergraduate Electronic Design Contest: an MSPM0 line-tracking car carrying a K230 gimbal that aims a laser at a target. I captained a team of three that had to knock on seven or eight doors for a supervisor and nearly missed registration. In 84 hours we burned a core board and threw away a gimbal, and came out with a Jiangsu second prize, XJTLU's first NUEDC award.2025 年全国大学生电子设计竞赛 E 题：一辆 MSPM0 循迹小车，车上架着 K230 云台，用激光去打靶心。我当队长的三人队，找指导老师敲了七八扇门，报名差点没赶上；84 小时里烧了一块核心板、扔了一个云台，最后拿了江苏省二等奖，也是西浦在电赛上的第一个奖。

I built an acrylic-and-foam laptop cooler, with a Windows application sending temperatures over Bluetooth to an ESP32 fan controller.
